Mr. Cui has been serving as Vic President of HHUSA since December 2002. His addition expands our connection with China’s IT industry and government agencies. He also brought in added value to support our portfolio companies to adapt Chinese business environment and culture. In addition to bring in deal flows, he also focuses on evaluating potential portfolios. Prior to Hua Hong USA, he was the director of Beijing Representative Office of Shanghai Hua Hong Group and Deputy Director of the general office of the board of director of Hua Hong Group, which is the first 8-inch semiconductor manufacture investor in Mainland of China with assets of more than $1B. Through 1996 to 1998, Mr. Cui was a secretary of the Ministry of Electronic Industry, which merged into the Ministry of Information Industry in 1998.

Mr. Cui holds a B.A. in Chinese Language and Culture from Beijing Normal University and a M.S. in management science from TongJi University. He earned certificates in accounting practice and taxation from De Anza College.
