Winston (Wen) Xu joined Hua Hong USA in Feb. 2002. Winston has had nearly 30 years experiences in international business transactions since the end of 1970s. Before coming to US, Winston worked for Shanghai Corporation Of Ship Building Industry, Shanghai Municipal Legal Affairs Department and Shanghai Municipal Foreign Investment Commission. After coming to US, Winston had experiences of working for different US companies, including Excite@home Corporation, Howard & Rice and GTI Company, etc.

After joining Hua Hong USA, Winston attended investment Due Diligence projects and he values the projects from business and legal point of views in the team.

Winston graduated from International Business School of Shanghai University and completed his Chinese law studies at China’s State Council Economic Law Research Center in Beijing. He passed his China’s National Unified Lawyers Qualification Exam in 1986 and got China’s lawyer’s License afterwards. He also owns UC Berkeley's Master of Law degree.
